My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room I stayed in had poor soundproofing, but being upgraded to a King Superior made it feel better than other suites. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions and easy to reach from the airport. The dining experience was a bit chilly but offered great tea options. The staff, although demanding tips, were helpful overall.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were spotless despite being extremely small and the toilet being tiny, but the hotel also had very large and luxurious rooms. The service was above-and-beyond and definitely enhanced my stay, with exceedingly nice and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right at the edge of Boston Common park, making it convenient to explore the city. The dining experience was a bit chaotic and could be improved to avoid long waiting times, but the quality and variety of items offered were great. Facilities were good, and the hotel is well-placed for a comfortable stay.
